Once your order is placed, it will be put on hold until we receive your Proof of Payment (POP). After you send us your POP, your order status will change to “processing”.

 

You’ll also receive a whatsapp or sms with all your order details and shipping information.

 

Orders are dispatched once payment clears, with a cutoff time of 3pm daily for courier slot booking.

 

Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.

 

For faster processing, we recommend making immediate payments.

 

Use your “name” + the word “Transport” as a reference in your POP and send it directly to us for prompt processing. We need to clearly see your reference in your POP.

 

Orders with POP sent after 3pm will be processed the next morning due to courier time slots.

 

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for your payment to clear. We only dispatch items after the funds have been confirmed in our account, ensuring the security of all transactions.

 

Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping is available Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday provided payment is confirmed.

 

Waybills are generated in the afternoons as part of our batch dispatching process. You will receive your waybill between 3pm and 5pm.

 

We deliver to addresses within South Africa only! Please note you need to be 18 years or older to order cannabis products.

 

We offer a flat rate of R100 for shipping nationwide. We do not accept payments from international bank accounts (South African Bank Accounts Only!).

 

All orders are sent via a locker-to-locker or locker-to-door courier service. Ensure someone is available to receive your order at your specified address. Orders usually arrive within 2-4 working days from the date of payment. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

 

Changes or cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped.
